This puppy is a Black tri/ Black bi/red tri/red bi/blue merle/red merle (circle one). The breeder will transfer ownership of said puppy for the price of __________ plus shipping cost (if applicable) to be paid in full with enough time for checks to clear the bank before said puppy leaves the Breeders’ kennel or payment may be made using Square, Venmo, or Cash. There will be a deposit of $200 to hold the puppy until it is ready to go to its new home, at 8 weeks of age.
Guarantees:
This puppy is guaranteed to leave our home healthy and free of known contagious diseases. This pup has a 1-year health guarantee for known genetic diseases typical of the Australian Shepherd breed. He/She (cirlcle one) is up to date on vaccinations and deworming’s required for its age. This guarantee does not cover accidental death, theft, sickness, or any other loss beyond the breeders control. If puppy is deemed to be unhealthy before a year, the purchaser can elect to keep said puppy, return puppy for a replacement pup once one is available, or return pup with refund. A veterinarian’s note is required to return any puppy. Puppy must be seen by a licensed veterinarian within 72 business hours of leaving breeder’s home.
The buyer certifies, by signing this contract, that he/she (circle one) is not acting as an agent in this purchase; that the buyer will not resale this puppy to a pet store, guard dog business or research facility. The buyer also certifies that the puppy will live with the buyer, have adequate exercise, nutritious food, training and necessary health care, including yearly vaccinations/worming. If for any reason the buyer must give up the puppy or rehome the puppy Buyer agrees to contact the breeder first. Breeder has the first right to take the puppy back and find a new home for it or will help the buyer find a suitable home for the puppy at the buyers expense. No monies will be returned.
Puppy is warranted only for the purpose of companionship. Although it may be capable of excellence in the show ring and/or performance events, no warranty is provided by the breeder as to its fitness for any specific purposes.
Any male puppy sold with full right that does not have both testicles dropped by 6 months of age will have the option of being replaced. The breeder must be notified in writing by the time the puppy is 8 months old.
All puppies will be evaluated before they leave at 8 weeks to access if they are breed/show quality. Any puppy not breeding quality will be sold with limited registration. Puppies are not to be breed if sold on limited registration, unless given written permission from the breeder. At this time, the breeder must receive stacked pictures of the puppy to determine if it is breed quality. The breeder can refuse changing registration type. The buyer will be charged the extra $700 to change the registration to full.
This puppy is being sold with full/limited (circle one) registration and is/is not (circle one) under a spay or neuter contract. Puppies sold on spay/neuter contracts are not to be neutered before a year old (12 Months), but must have the procedure by the time they are 30 months old.
If the Buyer breeches any part of this Agreement, the Breeder can and will repossess the puppy and the Buyer will be fined $1000. The undersigner (Buyer) agrees to uphold all covenants of this agreement to ensure the well-being and protection of the puppy. Buyer agrees that he/she (circle one) understand this Agreement fully. If at any time legal action is taken regarding this contract, it shall be initiated in the county of the Breeder and the Buyer assumes all costs regardless of outcome.
